Viacom calls all $600 million of 4.375% senior notes due 2014

Norfolk, Va., March 4 - Viacom Inc. plans to redeem all $600 million of its 4.375% senior notes due Sept. 15, 2014, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus a make-whole amount and accrued interest on April 3.

BNY Mellon is the trustee and paying agent.

The entertainment company is based in New York City.
