ManTech to redeem all $200 million 7¼% notes due 2018 on April 15

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 3 - ManTech International Corp. issued a call to redeem all $200 million of its 7¼% senior notes due 2018, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on April 15 at a redemption price of 103.625 plus accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

The provider of technology solutions and services is based in Fairfax, Va.
