Grohe announces redemption of senior secured floaters due 2017

Minneapolis, Jan. 17 - Grohe Holding GmbH plans to redeem all of its remaining senior secured floating-rate notes due 2017, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest, for a total of €503.74 million, on Feb. 17.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent.

Grohe is a Germany-based manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen fittings.
