Singapore's Fraser and Neave to redeem 5½%, 6%, 2.48%, 3.15% notes

Minneapolis, Jan. 13 - Fraser and Neave, Ltd. called F&N Treasury Pte. Ltd.'s S$108.25 million of 5½% series 009 notes due 2016, S$220 million of 2.48% bonds due 2016, S$200 million of 6% series 010 notes due 2019 and S$80 million of 3.15% bonds due 2018, according to two notices.

The 5½% bonds will be redeemed at 106.5, and the 6% bonds will be redeemed at 109. The 2.48% bonds will be redeemed at 101.24 and the 3.15% bonds will be redeemed at 101.575. In each case, the company will also pay accrued interest to the redemption date.

The 5½% and 6% bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 21, while the 2.48% and 3.15% bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 28.

Fraser and Neave sells soft drinks, beer, dairy products and glass containers and is based in Singapore.
