Liberty Mutual Group redeems $151.89 million of 10.75% notes due 2088

Minneapolis, Sept. 27 - Liberty Mutual Group, Inc. announced that between June 30 and Sept. 27, it repurchased $151,893,000 principal amount of its 10.75% senior C junior subordinated notes due 2088.

As of Sept. 27, $364,353,000 principal amount of the notes remained outstanding, according to a press release.

The company also agreed to purchase an additional $12,725,000 principal amount of the notes subject to settlement, the release said.

Liberty Mutual is a Boston-based property and casualty insurance company.
