Connecticut to redeem $69.17 million of its 2009 series A G.O. notes

Minneapolis, Sept. 24 - The State of Connecticut called $69.17 million of its economic recovery 2009 series A general obligation notes, according to a notice.
The state will redeem $15.35 million of 2.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015 and $53.82 million of 3% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015. The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 24.
U.S. Bank NA is the paying agent.
