Bio-Rad calls $300 million of 8% senior subordinated notes due 2018

Minneapolis, Sept. 20 - Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. called $300 million of its 8% senior subordinated notes due 2018, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 104 plus accrued interest on Sept. 30.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee and paying agent.

The distributor of research and clinical diagnosis equipment is based in Hercules, Calif.
