Sirius XM to redeem 7 5/8% notes due 2018 with offer proceeds

Minneapolis, Sept. 19 - Sirius XM Radio intends to redeem its outstanding 7 5/8% senior notes due 2018 with the proceeds from a new note offering and cash on hand, according to press release.

Sirius XM is a New York-based satellite radio provider.
