Unione Di Banche holders put back €80 million floating-rate notes

Minneapolis, Aug. 27 - Unione Di Banche Italiane ScpA holders exercised a put option on its floating-rate medium-term notes due 2013, reducing the size of the issue by €80 million, according to a notice.

Following the Aug. 2 transaction, the total outstanding amount is now €245 million.

UBI Banca is a Bergamo, Italy-based banking group.
