Illinois Finance exercises call on $241 million Provena Health bonds

Minneapolis, Aug. 20 - The Illinois Finance Authority exercised its call option on $241,075,000 of its Provena Health variable-rate demand revenue bonds, according to multiple notices.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 17:

• $94,075,000 of 1998A bonds due May 15, 2014 through 2016, 2018, 2021 and 2023;

• $50 million of 2009B bonds due Aug. 15, 2044;

• $25 million of 2009D bonds due Aug. 15, 2044;

• $31 million of 2010C bonds due May 1, 2045; and

• $41 million of 2010D bonds due May 1, 2045.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the bond trustee.
