Dow Chemical to redeem $175.82 million of InterNotes on Sept. 15

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 15 - Dow Chemical Co. called $175,815,000 of Dow InterNotes for redemption, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The following notes will be redeemed in full on Sept. 15:

• 3.75% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2018;

• 3.9% InterNotes due March 15, 2022;

• 4.05% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2021;

• 4.1% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2017;

• 4.1% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2021;

• 4.15% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2021;

• 4.25% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2017;

• 4.3% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2017;

• 4.35% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2021;

• 4.35% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2021;

• 4.9% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2020;

• 5% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2020; and

• 5.05% InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2020.

The redemption price is par plus accrued interest and will be paid on Sept. 16.
