International Paper calls all $300.06 million of 7.4% notes due 2014

Minneapolis, July 24 - International Paper Co. called all $300,055,000 of its 7.4% notes due June 15, 2014, according to a notice

The notes will be redeemed at par on Aug. 20.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.

International Paper is a Memphis-based paper and packaging company.
