GE Capital to redeem all of its 6.5% InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2048

Minneapolis, July 22 - General Electric Capital Corp. called all of its outstanding 6.5% GE Capital InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2048, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at $25 per note plus accrued interest of $0.0315972 per note on Aug. 22.

Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption and paying agent.

The funding arm of General Electric Co. is based in Norwalk, Conn.
