IntercontinentalExchange may prepay $400 million of 4.13%, 4.69% notes

Tacoma, Wash., July 15 - IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. may prepay its $200 million of 4.13% senior notes, tranche A, due 2018 and $200 million of 4.69% senior notes, tranche B, due 2021.

The possible prepayment would be made in connection with the company's upcoming combination with NYSE Euronext, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The prepayment would be made with borrowings under the company's new $600 million 364-day revolving senior unsecured credit facility.

IntercontinentalExchange is an Atlanta-based operator of regulated futures exchanges, trading platforms and clearing houses. NYSE Euronext is a New York-based operator of financial markets and provider of trading technologies.
