Loudoun, Va., defeases $60.57 million of 2005A G.O. refunding bonds

Minneapolis, July 3 - Loudoun County, Va., defeased $60.57 million of its series 2005A general obligation refunding bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2015:
• $20,185,000 of bonds due July 1, 2016;
• $10.78 million of bonds due July 1, 2017;
• $13,435,000 of bonds due July 1, 2018;
• $7.35 million of bonds due July 1, 2019;
• $6,575,000 of bonds due July 1, 2020; and
• $2,245,000 of bonds due July 1, 2021.
U.S. Bank NA is the escrow agent.
