Forsyth, Mont., to redeem $161.86 million Puget Sound Energy bonds

Madison, Wis., May 24 - The City of Forsyth in Rosebud County, Mont., issued redemption notices for its series 2003A and 2003B Puget Sound Energy Project pollution control revenue refunding bonds.

The issuer said it will redeem its $138.46 million 5% series 2003A bonds due March 1, 2031 and its $23.4 million 5.1% series 2003B bonds due March 1, 2031 at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Puget Sound Energy is a Bellevue, Wash.-based electric utility company.
