Alvogen calls all $150 million of 10½% senior secured notes due 2019

Minneapolis, April 24 - Alvogen, Inc. called all $150 million of its 10½% senior secured notes due March 15, 2019, according to a company notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 105.25 plus accrued interest on May 23.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.

Alvogen is a Pinebrook, N.J.-based pharmaceuticals company.
