Speedway plans to redeem all $275 million of 8¾% senior notes due 2016

Minneapolis, April 16 - Speedway Motorsports, Inc. called all $275 million of its 8¾% senior notes due June 1, 2016, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.375 plus accrued interest on June 1.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.

Speedway Motorsports is a Concord, N.C.-based marketer and promoter of motorsports entertainment.
