Host Hotels calls all $400 million of 9% series T notes due 2017

Minneapolis, April 9 - Host Hotels & Resorts, LP plans to redeem all $400 million of its 9% series T senior notes due 2017, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.5 plus accrued interest on May 15.

The company will fund the redemption with the proceeds of its $400 million issue of 3¾% series D senior notes due 2023.

Host Hotels & Resorts is a lodging real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, Md.
