Integral Funding calls all shares from six series of notes, preferreds

Minneapolis, March 25 - Integral Funding Ltd. plans to redeem all outstanding shares from six series of notes, preferreds, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued dividends on April 15:

• $26,747,685.74 of class A-2 notes;

• $56 million of class A-3 notes;

• $72 million of class B notes;

• $42 million of class C notes;

• $46 million of class D notes;

• Income notes; and

• Preferred shares.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and fiscal agent.
