InnVest REIT to redeem all C$75 million 6% series B convertibles

Minneapolis, Feb. 27 - InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust plans to redeem all C$75 million of its 6% series B convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due May 31, 2013, according to a press release.

The redemption is in conjunction with the closing of the REIT's 5.75% convertible public offering.

InnVest is based in Toronto and holds a portfolio of hotels and an interest in Choice Hotels Canada Inc.
