American Renal to redeem all 9¾%/10½% PIK notes, 8 3/8% secured notes

Minneapolis, Feb. 20 - American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. gave notice that it will redeem all of its 9¾%/10½% senior payment-in-kind toggle notes due 2016 and its 8 3/8% senior secured notes due 2018, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The PIK notes will be redeemed at 105 plus accrued interest on March 22.

The secured notes will also be redeemed on March 22, with 10% of the notes to be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest and 90% to be redeemed at par plus applicable premium and accrued interest.

The private Beverly, Mass.-based company provides dialysis services.
