Praxair calls all $400 million of 5.25% notes due Nov. 15, 2014

Minneapolis, Dec. 2 - Praxair, Inc. announced plans to redeem all $400 million of its 5.25% notes due Nov. 15, 2014, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest or a make-whole amount on Dec. 19.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

The industrial gas company is based in Danbury, Conn.
