Realkapital European Opportunity calls NOK 23.57 million of bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 20 - Realkapital European Opportunity AS is exercising the call option on its senior secured callable bond issue, according to a notice from bond trustee Norsk Tillitsmann ASA.

The company will redeem NOK 23,568,413 of the bonds at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 7.

The redemption will be made on a pro rata basis.

Oslo-based Realkapital invests in European real estate markets excluding former Soviet republics.
