Audatex to redeem all $850 million 6¾% senior notes due 2018

Minneapolis, Nov. 15 - Audatex North America, Inc. called the full $850 million of its 6¾% senior notes due June 15, 2018, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at 106.8684251 plus accrued interest on Nov. 18.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Audatex is a San Diego-based provider of software and services to the U.S. automobile insurance claims processing and collision repair industries.
