Banco ABC Brasil partially redeems R$250 million 8½% notes due 2016

Minneapolis, Nov. 15 - Banco ABC Brasil SA, through one or more of its subsidiaries, has repurchased 10.72% of its R$250 million of 8½% notes due 2016, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes were issued under the company's $3 billion global medium-term note program.

Banco ABC Brasil is a lender based in Sao Paulo.
