China’s Tencent Holdings preparing to issue new notes

New York, May 26 – Tencent Holdings Ltd. is proposing to conduct an international offering of notes (A1/A+/A+) under the company’s newly enlarged $20 billion medium-term note program, subject to market conditions, according to news release.

The notes may be issued in series with different terms and may be denominated in any currency.

BofA Securities, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are the joint global coordinators of the proposed issuance.

Tencent is an investment holding company based in Shenzhen, China.
