Kazakhstan's Temirbank sets roadshow for dollar-denominated seven-year notes

New York, April 26 - JSC Temirbank BV plans to begin a roadshow for a benchmark-sized offering of dollar-denominated seven-year notes (Baa3/B+/BB-) on Friday, according to a market source.

The roadshow will begin in Hong Kong on Friday and then move to Singapore on Monday, to London on Tuesday and Wednesday, to New York on May 3, to Boston on May 4 and to Los Angeles on May 7.

JP Morgan and Standard Bank plc are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes will be issued via financing subsidiary Temirbank Capital BV.

Temirbank is a joint stock company formed in 1992. The full-service bank has headquarters in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
