Telesat updates 12½% senior notes redemption to $217.18 million

Minneapolis, April 1 - Telesat Holdings Inc. subsidiaries Telesat Canada and Telesat LLC updated the redemption amount of its 12½% senior subordinated notes due 2017, according to a press release.

Telesat will redeem $217,175,000 of the notes at 106.25 on May 1.

Previously, the redemption amount was $217 million.

Telesat is a fixed satellite services operator based in Ottawa.
