Romania's Telemobil postpones $125 million seven-year notes

New York, July 16 - Telemobil SA withdrew its planned offering of $125 million seven-year senior unsecured notes (B3/B-), according to a market source.

The seven-year bonds had been talked in the 10½% area and carried three years of call protection.

Telemobil, a Balotesti, Romania-based telecommunications company intends to wait for more stable market conditions.
