Romania's Telemobil sets talk at 10.5% area for $125 million seven-year senior notes

New York, July 10 - Telemobil SA released talk of the 10.5% area for its planned sale of $125 million seven-year senior unsecured bonds (B3/B-), according to a market source.

The seven-year notes carry three years of call protection.

Pricing is expected Wednesday.

Telemobil is a Balotesti, Romania-based telecommunications company.
