Moody's confirms AxleTech

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed the ratings of AxleTech International Holdings, Inc., which concludes a review for possible downgrade announced April 10 following the company's request to its bank group for an extension to the delivery date of its audited financial statement for Dec. 31, 2005.

Ratings confirmed include the corporate family rating of B2, the senior secured first-lien bank debt at B2 and the senior secured second-lien term loan at Caa1.
