Telekomunikacja Polska on road with €300 million minimum seven-year notes

St. Louis, June 22 - TPSA Eurofinance SA, a financing subsidiary of Telekomunikacja Polska SA, is on the road with a €300 million minimum offering of seven-year bonds, according to a market source.

Roadshow stops are scheduled for Paris on Wednesday and Frankfurt on Thursday.

BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank have the books.
