Moody's rates Telekom Slovenije A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 senior unsecured long-term issuer rating to Telekom Slovenije dd.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects the application of Moody's rating methodology for government-related issuers, including the Aa2 rating of Slovenia. It reflects the company's leading positions in fixed, mobile and internet services and the company's modest leverage level with a total debt-to-EBITDA ratio of about 1.0x.

The rating also considers some degree of event risk associated with the company's ambitions to expand geographically, Moody's said.
