New York, Jan. 27 - Telefonos de Mexico SA de CV (Telmex) sold Ps. 4.5 billion of 10-year global bonds (A3/BBB+) at par to yield 8¾% on Wednesday, according to a market source.
Payments will be carried out in Mexican pesos or in U.S. dollars.
Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank were lead managers for the offering of Securities and Exchange Commission registered bonds.
The issuer is a fixed-line telecom operator based in Mexico City.
