Argentina's Telecom Personal plans to issue $200 million five-year bonds

New York, Dec. 5 - Telecom Personal SA plans to issue $200 million of five-year bonds (/B-/B-), according to a market source.

JP Morgan is the lead manager for the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to refinance the company's series A and series B loans.

Buenos Aires-based Telecom Personal is a wireless services business wholly owned by Telecom Argentina.
