Telecom Italia brings €400 million tap of 6 7/8% notes due 2028; initial talk par to par ½

Portland, Ore., April 3 – Telecom Italia SpA plans to price a €400 million add-on to the TIM SpA 6 7/8% senior notes due February 2028 (B1) on Monday, according to market sources.

Early price talk is 100 to 100.5.

Goldman Sachs is leading the offer.

The Turin, Italy-based telecom priced the original €850 million issue in January.
