Telecom Argentina eyes pricing dollar notes after roadshow concludes on Wednesday

New York, May 1 – Roadshow meetings for Telecom Argentina SA’s planned offering of U.S. dollar-denominated notes (expected BB-/B+) were expected to wrap up on Wednesday in New York, following stops in London on Monday and New York and Boston on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Citigroup, HSBC and Santander are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Proceeds are earmarked for debt refinancing and capital expenditures.

Telecom Argentina is a telecommunications company based in Buenos Aires.
