Fitch rates Telecom Argentina notes B

Fitch Ratings said it assigned B/RR3 ratings to Telecom Argentina S.A.'s planned about $100 million senior unsecured notes issuance due October 2025.

The agency affirmed the issuer’s B ratings on Oct. 12.

The proceeds will be used to fund the company's bid in the upcoming 5G spectrum auction in Argentina.

The outlook is stable.
