Tekni-Plex calls $37.09 million of 9¾% senior secured notes due 2019

Minneapolis, May 14 - Tekni-Plex, Inc. called $37,088,000 of its 9¾% senior secured notes due June 1, 2019, according to a redemption notice.

The company will redeem $37,064,000 of the notes (Cusip: 879109AM2) and another $24,000 of notes (Cusip: U87913AF3).

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 12.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.

Tekni-Plex is a King of Prussia, Pa.-based manufacturer of packaging products primarily serving the health care, food and consumer industries.
