Tekni-Plex starts roadshow Wednesday for $200 million 10-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Nov. 3 - The roadshow starts Wednesday for Tekni-Plex Inc.'s offering of $200 million second priority senior secured notes due 2013, according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected in the middle of the Nov. 10 week.

Lehman Brothers and Citigroup are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A offer.

Tekni-Plex will use proceeds from the 10-year non-call-five notes to repay bank debt.

The company is a Somerville, N.J.-based packaging products manufacturer.
