Tecumseh Products investor buys 51,414 shares

Charlotte, N.C., March 4 - Tecumseh Products Co. investor John H. Reilly Jr. upped his stake in the company to 7.3% with the purchase of 51,414 class B shares between Feb. 19 and March 3 at prices from $4.80 to $6.75 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between Dec. 29 and Feb. 11, Reilly acquired 133,978 shares priced from $7.78 to $9.60 each, a prior SEC filing said.

Reilly beneficially owns 372,006 shares of the Tecumseh, Mich.-based company's outstanding stock.

Tecumseh manufactures compressors and other products.
