Tyco Electronics offers senior floating-rate notes due 2020

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 28 – Tyco Electronics Group SA is in the market with dollar-denominated guaranteed senior floating-rate notes due 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The floaters are non-callable.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Tyco Electronics Group is a Luxembourg-based holding company. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by TE Connectivity Ltd.
