Team Health to redeem $136.94 million of 11¼% senior notes at 107

Milwaukee, Dec. 24 - Team Health Holdings Inc. will redeem a portion of its 11¼% senior subordinated notes due 2013, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A total of $136,938,000 of the notes will be redeemed on a pro rata basis on Jan. 25.

The redemption price is 107, plus accrued interest.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Team Health is a Knoxville, Tenn.-based provider of outsourced medical staffing, management, administrative and other support services.
