Chicago, June 5 – Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, on behalf of TIAA Real Estate Account, worked out a note purchase agreement with certain qualified institutional purchasers for $400 million of 5.5% series C senior notes due 2027, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
New York-based Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America is a provider of financial services in the academic, research, medical, cultural and government fields.
