New Issue: TD Ameritrade sells $500 million 2.75% 10-year notes at 108 bps spread

Tupelo, Miss., Aug. 13 – TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. sold $500 million of 2.75% 10-year senior notes (A2/A) on Tuesday at a spread of Treasuries plus 108 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes priced at 99.888 to yield 2.763%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Barclays, BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., ICBC Standard Bank plc, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC were the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the redemption of the company's $500 million of 5.6% senior notes due Dec. 1, 2019.

The securities brokerage and financial services provider is based in Omaha.
