Fitch keeps T Bank on watch

Fitch Ratings said it kept T Bank SA's B- long-term issuer default rating on Rating Watch evolving, kept its B short-term issuer default rating on Rating Watch negative and affirmed its lower tier 2 notes at CCC/RR6 and tier 1 hybrid notes at CC/RR6.

The maintained Rating Watch evolving reflects the agency's opinion that T Bank is likely to be downgraded if capital is not significantly strengthened in the short term. However, the bank is exploring capital-restoring alternatives, and Fitch said this could ultimately lead to upward rating potential.
