Taylor Wimpey intends to start roadshow Tuesday for £250 million five-year senior notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Nov. 22 - London-based homebuilder Taylor Wimpey plc will begin a roadshow on Tuesday for a £250 million offering of five-year senior notes, according to a market source.

The Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays Capital have the physical books for the Regulation S only notes. HSBC and Lloyds TSB are joint bookrunners.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and to fund a contribution to the company's pension plan.
