New Issue: UBS prices $3 million 9.35% trigger yield optimization notes linked to Tata Motors

Chicago, April 29 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $3 million of 9.35% trigger yield optimization notes due April 30, 2012 linked to Tata Motors Ltd. American depositary shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly.
The face amount of each note will be equal to the initial price of Tata Motors shares.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price of Tata Motors is less than 80% of the initial share price, in which case investors will receive one Tata Motors share per note.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
