Argentina's Tarshop to sell ARS 40 million notes, gets $55 million loan

Pittsburgh, Sept. 15 - Tarshop SA plans to sell ARS 40 million of 18-month class III variable-rate notes under its $100 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The issuance amount can be increased to ARS 100 million.

In addition, the company said it entered into a $55 million 18-month loan. Proceeds will be used for working capital.

Banco Hipotecario subsidiary Tarshop is a Buenos Aires-based credit card company.
